Most of the Sindhis are traders, well organized and comparatively rich. Punjabis are primarily in micro financing. Most of the Punjabis are from rural areas and not well-educated. About 300 Indian professionals also live in the Philippines. They are mainly with the Asian Development Bank and International Institutions, multinational corporations and a few Indian joint ventures. There are also a limited number of Indian Christian priests and nuns.
