With a view to providing expeditious and efficient visa services for the rapidly increasing number of Philippines citizens desirous of visiting India, the Embassy of India in the Philippines are putting in place elaborate arrangements for the outsourcing of our visa services. In this connection, an agreement for the Visa Outsourcing Services has been signed with MIs BLS International Services Limited. They would be starting their operations of accepting and processing the visa applications on behalf of the Embassy of India, Manila with effect from Thursday, 12th January 2012. The Indian Visa Application Centre is located at the following address:

Submission of applications : 0900 to 1330 hrs - Monday to Friday

Delivery of passports : 1630 to 1730 hrs - Monday to Friday
